Patterns Journal
Patterns was an occasional, in-house technical journal published by --Buro Happold between 1987 and 2011. There were 16 editions of Patterns and 2 special issues. Considered seminal at the time, Patterns had a significant influence on engineering for several decades. It is reproduced here with the kind permission of Buro Happold.
The subjects covered during the journal's 24 year run ranged from fascinating insights into working abroad in the 1980's (Patterns 1), to a study of the extraordinary Heart Tent (Patterns 10), to special editions about ground source energy and specialist consulting.
